Established in 2001, Weifu Tianli Technical Research Institute consists of 5 sections, including Applied Engineering, Product Design, Basic Development, Test Engineering, and Project Management. Currently, there are more than 60 employees, including 1 State-Council Allowance Obtained Expert, 1 professor-level senior engineer, 5 senior engineers, 5 senior engineers, 2 doctors, and more than 20 masters, and over 85% of them are with bachelor's degree or above.

Aerodynamic Analysis

We have a development team with decades of practical experience, using international and professional software which also combined with the self-developed software as the platform. We have the ability to efficiently and accurately simulation. We provide customers with "high performance" and "high reliability" turbomachinery products.

Rotor Dynamics Analysis

The rotor dynamics analysis includes bearing stiffness and damping analysis, rotor system critical speed and unbalance response analysis, thrust bearings carrying capacity evaluation, cooling capacity analysis, and bearing system frictional losses evaluation. A comprehensive and accurate rotor system evaluation system promotes the products iterative upgrade.

Structural Strength Analysis

A complete pre-product risk identification system, based on multi-platform software, can avoid failure risks such as "thermal fatigue cracking", "impeller and turbine high and low cycle fatigue", and "modal resonance," etc. in the product design early stage, and conduct product life analysis.

NVH Analysis and Control

With the integration of four aspects: component, turbocharger assembly, engine platform, and vehicle platform, testing and analysis can be conducted on blade vibration mode, rotor vibration mode, sound field distribution, and sound quality to lay a solid engineering verification foundation for the development of extreme quiet turbochargers.

Electrication

Weifu Tianli has international mainstream Hall chip programming equipment which can reprogram the output voltage characteristic curve of various non-intelligent actuators and chip locking. We also have fault diagnosis and flows soft labeling technology for intelligent actuators and analyzes the actuators' service life based on the WLTC data. Additionally, we have the motor structure CAD design, magnetic circuit analysis, motor efficiency analysis, and controller design ability.
