In December 2019, Weifu High-Tech Group Co., Ltd. completed its full acquisition of Weifu Tianli, which helped promote the high-quality and comprehensive development of Weifu Tianli.
Weifu Tianli is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of turbochargers, with main products including Diesel Turbocharger, Gasoline Turbocharger, New energy hybrid turbochargers, which meet the latest national emission regulations. Weifu Tianli's business covers a wide range of fields such as commercial vehicles, passenger cars, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, generator sets, and special machinery, achieving a complete layout of traditional power vehicles and new energy vehicles.

The company has established R&D institutions such as the Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, the Provincial High-tech Enterprise R&D Center, the Provincial Postdoctoral Workstation, and the Ningbo Enterprise Research Institute.
Weifu Tianli has more than 60 R&D personnel, accounting for 28% of the company's total number of employees. The R&D center has an independent site of 4270m2, with five turbocharger laboratories including a compressor performance/turbine performance laboratory, NVH laboratory, thermal shock/LCF/HCF/durability laboratory, and one engine reliability laboratory, providing a good environment for the company's R&D work.
Weifu Tianli is committed to becoming a world-renowned industrial expert in automotive intake systems, undertaking the central investment key industry revitalization and technological transformation "gasoline turbocharger" special projects, national strengthening basic disciplines program "diesel variable geometry turbocharger" special projects, and national torch programs.
